Just like back in November, last week we all got a letter informing us that there would be an apartment inspection this week, specifically, this morning. Luckily, I instigated a cleaning roster last week, so we had already set out who was responsible for which part of the shared areas for this week. I had floors since that's the only think I can do without gloves, since I can't get my bandaged finger into one right now.
It's kind of strange timing for an inspection really, only a couple of weeks into the new semester. We haven't really had the time to mess up the place after the housemate changeovers, where they have to clean the shared areas of the apartment as well as their room for the moving out inspection. *shrug* Meant less for all of us to do in preparation since my last housemate did such a good job cleaning before she left.
Anyway, we passed the inspection, the only comment made was that we had to clear the cobwebs from all the light fixtures. I'll get somebody taller than me to do that. *grins*
