So yeah, found other people to ski with, but in the end only ended up skiing with one other guy, who was nice enough to stay with me. It was a gorgeous day, the sun was shining, the sky was blue, the views were magnificant.
Skiing wise, it had snowed in the week before, so the snow wasn't too icy and there weren't that many people around, but I didn't do so well. We were doing reds in the morning, and the snow was much faster than the last two weeks, since it wasn't snowing. This made it hard for me to control my speed and I fell down a few times, that last of which was the worse fall I've had so far, since it was at speed. I lost a ski and a pole up the slope about ten meters above where I finally stopped. Luckily, somebody was nice enough to bring them down to me and help me get my skis back on. However after that, I was a little rattled and just stuck to blues.
