So, I go to the hospital this morning, only to find out that the receptionist last week stuffed up and forgot to put my appointment into the computer. This meant that I had to wait ages to see the doctor and then when I did see her, she only had a couple of minutes to talk to me in between her other patients. And in these three minutes, the only thing I really get is that they couldn't discount the possibility that some of the cells are malignant, and so the whole area will need to be removed and they want to perform the operation as soon as possible. I will be back on Thursday for a consulation with the surgeon.
